In the past the WSJ was beyond my budget. With Renewal Deals it is fine. I have no regrets making the plunge.

Best price. Easy to renew.

Kind of a no brainer. Easy, economical. I wish they offered renewals on other subscriptions.

Excellent paper

The delivery person does an excellent job. My paper stays dry in the rain and gets delivered on time. Thank you.

poor service

never deceived info on how to start online service (logon and password)
start date/end date)

Value- but with a catch

With 6 months remaining on a 1 year subscription, I received an offer from RD to renew for 3 years at a good discount. I messaged customer service to verify that this would be added on to my 1 year subscription, with no overlap or double billing. I was assured that the subscriptions would run consecutively, not simultaneously. I therefore placed the order but was surprised to see the charge applied 6 months before the subscription even starts! 3 years in advance is not enough? I am guessing there will be issues with subscription continuity before the 6 + 36 = 42 months runs out, but time will tell. Moral: don't renew before your subscription expires.

Yellow wood

Delivery has been good. Enjoy being back to reading the WSJ

Very Satisfied

As a long time subscriber, I was very pleased when a friend recommended this agency to me. Not only is it a savings, but also, I get good responses when I contact them.

Appreciated the follow up

Great customer service. Always.

The logistics issue

I am still receiving my Wall Street Journal via USPS with the correct address, however, the name is an unknown person. Please refer to a former phone call that I made to correct the situation. My phone number is [****]. Of course you have my email on record. Thank you for your help.
