Excellent newspaper that works as well digitally as in print. Great for catching up on news wherever and whenever.
Although we had some initial difficulties getting connected, it has all worked out, thanks to the excellent customer service. It’s the best and very responsive to questions or issues. I have full access to the Wall Street Journal digital version, and it is working well.
I am still getting emails from the Wall Street Journal. My original subscription was canceled, but they are still sending me emails. I can open them and I can see about one paragraph and then it is closed off, as expected. In order to access my new digital subscription I have to login separately to access that.

Great price on the WSJ, however, the WSJ does not seem to know that I am getting the paper and keeps sending adds for me to get it...
Access to digital was very smooth but I was very disappointed to only receive one print copy in two weeks. Had to revert to electing to receiving the print copy in the mail which has yet to start.
I have enjoyed home delivery of the Wall Street Journal from this source for almost a year. About a week ago, delivery suddenly ceased although my subscription hadn't expired. I sent several messages to the company, but got no reply and no newspaper.
The subscription processed smoothly within two days. Then we realized that we had made a mistake and wanted digital only. You expedited this request quickly, offering a 3-year digital only subscription, cancelling the print (and our home deliveries stopped promptly). So I am extremely pleased with your service and your accommodation to my mistake. Well done.

Site is a scam - do not buy anything. Bought WSJ subscription three weeks ago, digital for one year, na di haven’t been able to read one single edition. Wrote to complain directly through their website — zero replies. Disputed charge with PayPal and dispute under review. Save yourself the aggravation— run elsewhere
And I thought that my previous subscription had expired since I didn’t receive it for a week
Now I get 2 copies… that’s what happens when you don’t have a way to reach your carrier
Got my new WSJ with delayed start as agreed...out with the old and in with the new...hopefully the automatic option will eliminate the hunting around for new subscription next year
