Excellent newspaper that works as well digitally as in print. Great for catching up on news wherever and whenever.

Although we had some initial difficulties getting connected, it has all worked out, thanks to the excellent customer service. It’s the best and very responsive to questions or issues. I have full access to the Wall Street Journal digital version, and it is working well.
I am still getting emails from the Wall Street Journal. My original subscription was canceled, but they are still sending me emails. I can open them and I can see about one paragraph and then it is closed off, as expected. In order to access my new digital subscription I have to login separately to access that.

Do not purchase anything from this site

Site is a scam - do not buy anything. Bought WSJ subscription three weeks ago, digital for one year, na di haven’t been able to read one single edition. Wrote to complain directly through their website — zero replies. Disputed charge with PayPal and dispute under review. Save yourself the aggravation— run elsewhere

Just fine, now that I've gotten it figured out

What you have to understand is that these renewals are not under , but under some code name that RenewalDeals gives you. I was told that "my" WSJ subscription had been renewed, but I kept getting "Expired" messages when I went back to the WSJ. Eventually I realized that I had to delete my real name and password from my password manager, then put in the mumbojumbo that RenewalDeals sends you. They don't explain this clearly in their instructions, at least clearly enough for a dummy like me; their help desk was not very helpful. It also seems a little fishy that I can''t be me anymore and have to use an alias, like they are somehow tricking the WSJ. But what the hell, it works, and it's cheaper, so as long as the WSJ permits it, it's OK by me.
